Allan Boomer: Stop Selling Your Time Dr. Seku Gathers

Good People,

Today I had the pleasure of reconnecting with an old college friend of mine: Allan Boomer. He is a successful franchise investor and financial planner. After college, he went off to earn his MBA at NYU Stern and then worked for Goldman Sachs for 7 years before deciding it was time to start his own firm. Now, he is the Managing Partner of Momentum Advisors and the Co-Host of The Momentum Advisors show on SiriusXM. I’ve always admired Allan and his persistent entrepreneurial spirit.

Throughout our conversation, Allan shares stories about the foundation of his success today, and how his life was transformed with a single sentence. It all boils down to just doing your best in all things, no matter what it looks like, and no matter what expectations are set out for you at the get-go.

Allan also shares some financial insights and strategies for managing money. Specifically, we talk about how to teach children about money, and how to find a trustworthy financial advisor that fits your needs as your wealth grows.

Allan’s story is inspirational and provides practical financial advice. We cover a lot in this conversation. So sit back, relax, and take a listen. I’ll see you soon.
