Today I had the pleasure of talking with two guests that I’ve interviewed in the past: Duke Garone and Dr. David Greuner. David is a celebrity fitness trainer, and David works as a surgeon who deals primarily with athletes with cardiac abnormalities. I’ve brought them together today to talk about everyone’s favorite topic: weight loss.
Both Duke and David bring their unique perspectives to this conversation, and we get straight to the truth about weight loss: it’s all about your diet. The reality is, regular exercise can maintain your weight, but only extreme types of exercise can assist with weight loss. The key here is to find a diet that you like – that isn’t painful to maintain – and learn to trick your body with different schedules and workout routines. This way, you’re training your body to be in a constant fat-burning state.
