Today I had the pleasure of talking with two guests that I’ve interviewed in the past: Duke Garone and Dr. David Greuner. David is a celebrity fitness trainer, and David works as a surgeon who deals primarily with athletes with cardiac abnormalities. I’ve brought them together today to talk about everyone’s favorite topic: weight loss.

The reality is, regular exercise can maintain your weight, but only extreme types of exercise can assist with weight loss.
